When you only browse

Nothing is stored about you on our side. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site.

Your browser keeps a few things for the shop to work:

• Your basket: what you put in it, and the names you typed for a personalised book.
• The country you chose for delivery dates.
• Whether you chose the light or the dark theme.
• The language you chose, in a cookie that is deleted when you close the browser. It is only set when that language differs from your browser's own.

These stay on your device. The basket is sent to us when you go to payment, to open the payment page.

The pages are delivered by Cloudflare, which sees each request in order to serve it.

When you buy something

An order touches a few parties, depending on what you buy. This is the complete list.

Stripe

Your payment details, e-mail address and billing information, and for goods that ship your delivery address, to take the payment. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us.

The supplier

For goods that ship: your name, delivery address, phone number or e-mail address and the items ordered, because they pack and ship the parcel directly to you. They never receive what you paid. Downloads involve no supplier.

The carrier

Your name, address and a phone number or e-mail address where a delivery notice is needed.

Our own records

The order number, what you bought, what it cost and the delivery country, with your e-mail address in coded form so the order-status page can find your order. Your name and address are not kept in our records.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Names in a personalised book

The names you type for a personalised book are its content. They travel with your order to Stripe and into our order record, and they are printed in the PDF made for you, which is kept on our server so your download link works.

E-mail

Mail sent to any address at trovona.eu is delivered to a mailbox hosted by Namecheap Private Email. If you write to us, your message and address are kept in that mailbox so we can answer you and find the conversation again later.

Your rights over your data

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@trovona.eu from the address you ordered with. Records connected to a completed sale are kept for as long as accounting rules require, and that is the only reason anything is kept after you ask for deletion.
