Goods that ship
We deliver to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Spain and Italy.
Every parcel ships with a tracking number, straight from our supplier's warehouse in Europe.
Delivery times
Each product page says within how many working days it leaves the warehouse. After that, transit takes:

Downloads
Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery cost. The download link appears right after payment, on the order confirmation page and on the order-status page, and works for 30 days.
If the link has expired and you need the file again, write to us with your order number.
Personalised books
Each book is made after payment for the names you typed. Its download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as the book is ready, within minutes, and stays on the order-status page for 30 days.
The names are checked while you type them, so every name you pay for is one the book can print.
