36 clue cards in 4 routes: for ages 4 and up (with pictures, read aloud by a grown-up) and ages 7 and up (small riddles to read alone), each indoors and outdoors. Every route has 9 cards: a start, eight places and a treasure card.
The places indoors: Fridge, Sofa, Bed, Shoes, Bathtub, Bookshelf, Stairs, Toy box. The places outdoors: Mailbox, Flower pot, Tree, Garden gate, Swing, Sandbox, Bike, Bench. The list with the order is on page 3.
Also: a treasure map to draw on, 24 coins to cut out, a certificate with a name field and 9 blank cards for your own clues.
The mermaid theme comes with our own drawings and Pip as the guide, with no licensed characters.
The treasure itself is not included.

It is in English. It also comes in Dutch and German: each edition is its own PDF, written in that language.
