Description

Pip is a little ghost who is afraid of the dark. In December the nights get long, so Pip comes to stay with your family until Christmas. Every morning the kids find a note from Pip and a tiny thing to do for Pip. Together they help Pip be brave, and on 21 December, the longest night, the nights start getting shorter again. A printable Advent tradition for kids aged 3-9, with a grown-up. The whole kit is in Dutch.

  • 40 pages in one PDF, A4.
  • 24 daily notes from Pip (4 per page, ready to cut), one for each day from 1 to 24 December, plus an arrival letter, a "Sorry I'm late" letter and a goodbye letter.
  • A Pip stand-up figure in two sizes, a door sign and an Advent calendar sheet with 24 lanterns to colour in.
  • Props and activities for the days: lantern path, paper snowflake templates, wish list, clue cards, jokes, wrapping sheet, colouring page, kindness missions, party hat, shadow puppets, cookie page, postcard, maze, snowman disguise, winter quiz with answers, paper chain, brave badges, the "We made it" certificate, a tree star, a paper suitcase and a goodbye certificate.
  • Day 5 is a Sinterklaas day: Pip puts out a tiny paper shoe. The Sint and his horse are not drawn.
  • Five minutes a night, and nothing to buy: everything is in the kit or already in your house. Skipped a night? There is an "I overslept!" card. Pip is never scary and never reports on anyone.
  • Works with your own traditions, such as Sinterklaas, Nikolaus and Christmas.
